All phone calls are taken live and not through the use of an automated answering system.
With your purchase you will receive access to our online library of training videos available to you 24 hours a day, as part of your support and maintenance plan. Additional training services are available. Remote Access Training where we can connect live to your system for one-on-one online training or on-site training to have your trainer on location with your entire team.
Software updates are available via download to customers current on the Software Maintenance and Support Plan. GiftLogic is constantly upgraded and enhanced to provide industry leading functionality and productivity. Program enhancements are often guided by suggestions from our customers, ensuring that GiftLogic delivers maximum effectiveness to the people who use it daily.
When you renew maintenance, GiftLogic $$ will be awarded worth one-quarter of your maintenance fee. These GiftLogic $$ can be redeemed toward the purchase of select products/services, and will accrue provided maintenance coverage does not lapse.
